Shipping Information
As a brand new company, we are still learning the complexities of shipping our products worldwide.
We have based our delivery fees on the latest most economical postage rates. However, if we discover that the postage is cheaper during dispatch, we will refund you the difference.
Due to factors out of our hands, our delivery times are our best estimate and cannot be guaranteed.
All orders are shipped from the EU. Please be aware that additional duties and taxes may apply upon delivery of your parcel. We are doing all we can to find a way to resolve this inconvenience.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Sian Louise order, and a full refund will be given, any time prior to you receiving notification of the dispatch of your order. Sian Louise retains the right to cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch but will endeavour to only do so due to circumstances out of our control.
Returns Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your Sian Louise order please let us know via email within 21 days of the dispatch date and return the item to us within 7 days of sending your email. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will issue you with a full refund. Exchanges
We will exchange items only if they are faulty and only if you have informed us via email of your complaint within 21 days from the date of dispatch. Item Lead Times
Upon receipt of your order, we will endeavour to hand make and send your Sian Louise purchase within 7 days. However, every item is lovingly handmade by Beverley Joy, therefore, we will inform you if the estimated date of dispatch is longer than 7 days.
